The toughest thing I’ve ever had to do is find the time to balance billable work with developing projects like Mailmanagr. I’ve had varying degrees of luck with this, but the summer months just make it virtually impossible. Where I had planned to spend time developing cool new features for Mailmanagr users, I’m instead devoting all of my time to responding to support requests.
There is new stuff coming though, as well as some serious re-writes that will lead to way better processing reliability (especially for some people that are having client-related troubles).
